	Trafalgar Sailing Corporate Training is an analysis on your management team. Whilst they carry out practical sailing tasks, we will identify their strengths and weaknesses and test their effectiveness to cope in a totally new environment. The training benefits the individual and management team to realise their potential. Your company will receive an unbiased comprehensive report on each candidate.

The Trafalgar Sailing Corporate Training week starts in Marina Bay, Gibraltar, (2 hour 30 min flight from London).
